Amy Jo Neill

For many years, I spent my days as a management professional in a top financial services firm and my evenings serving as the go-to person for friends and family who needed help organizing their finances, tracking health insurance claims, managing their households or advocating for relatives.

When I assumed full responsibility for my ailing mother, I realized just how critical my expertise really was. Not only did I manage all of her finances and legal affairs, but I soon became the care manager for her medical and home-care needs and her medical advocate.

The same friends and family who’d earlier sought my help now referred others to me for counsel. In 2011, I created The ANA Group and I’ve helped countless people since. My team and I are passionate about enabling individuals and families to successfully manage their lives while aging in place.

Our seasoned business backgrounds equip us to deliver expert advice and counsel. And our personal touch assures that we treat clients – most of whom come to us through word of mouth and personal references — as treasured family members.

My Team

Shannon James Lines, Office Manager

Shannon is from Vancouver, BC, Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and has worked in the operations departments of several major hotel chains on the West Coast and in Toronto. She relocated to the Rivertowns with her husband and children in 2012.

Tianna Anderson, Daily Money Manager

Tianna holds a M.S. in Gerontology and a B.S. in Sociology and Criminology as several years of her career were spent working with at-risk youth and pregnant and parenting teens in California. After relocating to New York, she became involved in adult education at a community rights institution where she was instrumental in developing financial literacy and community empowerment programs. She then transitioned into care management for older adults, which led to finding her niche in aging and financial management.

Afua Brown, Daily Money Manager

Afua graduated from NYU with a BFA in Film/TV production and a master’s degree in Professional Studies. She has worked in film and video production, advertising and marketing before moving on to her second career as a home-school educator of her two young children.  In addition to managing her own household, she gained valuable first-hand experience as a daily money manager assisting her parents and extended family manage their households and expenses. She also served for many years as the president of her co-op board and as a member of the New York City Home Educators Council.  A Washington, DC native, Afua lives in Harlem with her husband, two children, now teenagers, and her dog, The DZA.

Monett Librizzi-Cioffi, Daily Money Manager

Monett, a native New Yorker, holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and spent her early career in cancer-related research at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine as well as Rockefeller University. After starting a family Monett took time off to raise her kids and help care for her elderly mother, maintaining the finances of both households: navigating medical bills, taxes, insurances, mortgages, and household expenses.

Monett returned to work and has been in the Financial Industry for the past seven years with emphasis on Life, Disability, Long-Term Care Insurances and Annuities. Being a detailed oriented individual, along with her personal and professional experience, ideally positions her to be a daily money manager. Monett is also community minded, generously volunteering her time and talent as the Girl Scout Service Unit Cookie Chair for all troops within her local school district.

Gretchen Skaggs, Daily Money Manager

Gretchen holds a Masters of Public Health as well as a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences.  She was born and raised in San Francisco and has lived in New York with her husband and two children since 2013.  Before taking time off to raise her kids, Gretchen was the Health and Mental Health Manager for a nonprofit agency serving at-risk children.  She also was the director of a residential care home for people living with AIDS.  Most recently she has been the Co-Director of the Dobbs Ferry Food Pantry for the last three years.

While raising her children she has been actively involved in taking care of her own aging parents, including managing their care and finances.  Her position as Daily Money Manager brings together all of her skills in financial management, organization, and healthcare.  But most importantly, it allows her to continue working to help people live better, fuller lives.

Regina Woods DeCarlo, Daily Money Manager

Regina is grateful to be part of the ANA Group supporting others to find freedom from the burden of paperwork in their lives.

She worked as a credit analyst for a mutual fund company for ten years gaining experience focusing on detail with a critical eye. For the past eleven years, she has maintained the finances of three familial households consolidating accounts, managing the Medicaid process, recovering missing money, decluttering paperwork, streamlining bill payments, and assisting as a care manager of their medical needs. Knowing her loved ones were being taken care of and releasing them of the burden of time-consuming tasks brings her great joy.

Regina is also focused on mindful and healthy living, holding multiple certifications in Aquatic modalities, Reiki and Yoga. Teaching and practicing these specialties helps to balance out the pragmatic mind and connect with clients from a heart centered approach.
